Meet Our Teachers

Caitlyn started her Early Childhood career 9 years ago and has since then earned her degree in Early Childhood Education. Following a number of experiences in child-care centers, it became apparent to her that she wanted to run her own facility because it allowed her to express her unique, creative personality!

It is Caitlyn's goal to build a strong sense of community within her school, because family is a very important part of a child's upbringing, and she believes that parent involvement is crucial to a child's success.

Despite being a busy mom to six children, Caitlyn loves to keep busy as much as possible. She enjoys doing arts and crafts with her children and decorating the house with decorative pieces!

Miss Jackie has been in the childcare industry for 5+ years! She has extensive experience working with children of all ages. She is currently a lead teacher with certifications in First Aid and CPR! She has four children with whom she enjoys spending time with!

Outside of childcare, Miss Jackie finds immense joy in soaking up the sun at the beach, exploring nature through hiking, and creating unforgettable memories with her children. 

Miss Paige has over four years of experience working with infants and toddlers and is associate teacher certified. Miss Paige began babysitting at the age of 14, after having discovered her passion for working with children, she now wishes to become a certified director in a childcare center. She has officially begun to pursue her passion by enrolling in the Early Childhood Education program at Manchester Community College.

Miss Paige's energy is contagious, and she has a big heart full of love for all of The Village's children! She loves spending time with her boyfriend, family, and friends, as well as her dog Maddie! She enjoys both camping and motorcycle rides!

Miss Melissa has 24 years of childcare experience, which include caring for her own six children, babysitting, and nannying. She is an associate teacher with First Aid and CPR certification! Miss Melissa is a bright, gentle, and loving fun teacher who will make your child feel loved and comforted.

Miss Melissa spends her free time tanning, working out at the gym, and spending time at camp with her friends and family (especially her seven grandchildren).

Miss Emily has worked in the childcare field for about six years, and she proudly holds a Lead Teacher certification from Granite State College. She is also certified in CPR and first aid, prioritizing the safety and well-being of the children under her care. 

When she’s not enjoying her time with the little ones, she’s hanging out with her two furry pals, Looch and Duncan, as well as her boyfriend. They love exploring the family-friendly attractions of Lincoln, NH, taking scenic drives along the beautiful Kancamagus Highway, spending relaxing days at the beach, embarking on camping adventures, and attending exciting car shows. It's all about making memories and having a blast together! 

With 3 years of experience in childcare and an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Miss Maggie is passionate about supporting young learners in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. She loves spending time with family and believes in creating strong connections with the children she cares for, helping them build both confidence and curiosity.

Miss Maggie was also part of the Best Buddies program, which taught her the importance of inclusion and kindness in all interactions. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the beach, shopping, and playing pickleball—activities that keeps her energized and ready for each new day with the kids!

 Miss Bella has been in childcare for almost a year now, she started babysitting when she was 11 years old and has lots of experience with her 3 little sisters and baby brother. She is also cpr and first aid certified. Outside of work she enjoys working out at the gym, hanging out with friends and family and shopping at target! She also loves spending her summers up at her lake house jet skiing and tanning!
