Owner: Caitlyn Della Pelle
Caitlyn started her Early Childhood career 9 years ago and has since then earned her degree in Early Childhood Education. Following a number of experiences in child-care centers, it became apparent to her that she wanted to run her own facility because it allowed her to express her unique, creative personality!
It is Caitlyn's goal to build a strong sense of community within her school, because family is a very important part of a child's upbringing, and she believes that parent involvement is crucial to a child's success.
Despite being a busy mom to six children, Caitlyn loves to keep busy as much as possible. She enjoys doing arts and crafts with her children and decorating the house with decorative pieces!
Director: Mrs. Gabi
Gabi has been dedicated to the field of childcare since 2012, bringing a wealth of experience primarily with infants and young toddlers, though she has worked with children of all ages. She is certified in First Aid and CPR, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for her students. As a mother of two daughters, Maisy and Maeve, Gabi understands the joys and challenges of early childhood development from both a professional and personal perspective. In her free time, she loves to unwind by exploring her favorite stores, TJ Maxx and HomeGoods, where she finds inspiration for her home and style. Gabi also believes in the importance of self-care, often treating herself to mega teas at Hometown Roots and getting her lashes done. Her passion for nurturing children, combined with her commitment to self-care, makes her a positive and energetic presence in the classroom.
Director: Miss Kelsey
Kelsey has 10 years of experience in early childhood education as well as a deep passion for supporting young learners. She is committed to providing the highest quality care and education. She is excited to join this wonderful community and work alongside such dedicated staff to create a positive, nurturing and engaging environment for your children. In May 2025, she received her associates degree in Early Childhood Education, achieving the Early Educator award for the class of 2025! She is a mother to 5- Julie (15), Bella (13), Peter (12), Cali (5) and Christopher (4) which means outside of work she doubles as a chauffer! Her family is big into sports and in her free time, she loves reading! She reads 1-2 books a week and never leaves home without her kindle! She also has a small travel agency and loves helping clients travel and see new places. Kelsey loves all things ocean especially sea turtles! She strongly believes in open communication and is looking forward to building a strong partnership with you and your family!
Teacher: Miss Emma
Emma has been working with children since 2019 and is passionate about creating a loving and nurturing environment for your little one. She graduated from high school in 2023 and is currently working on her CDA (Child Development Associate) certification to become a lead teacher. She is also CPR and First Aid certified to ensure your child’s safety at all times.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and dogs and in the winter loves to snowboard! During the summer, she helps run a camp for underprivileged kids, where she gets to inspire creativity and rekindle curiosity!
She looks forward to a wonderful year of growth and learning with your child!
Teacher: Miss Amanda
Amanda has been interested in childcare since she was about 10 years old. Between raising her sister, her niece and nephews and babysitting, she always thought about becoming a teacher. Amanda’s goal is to keep all the children in her care happy, health and safe. Amanda is not a mom (yet!) but she is an aunt to many beautiful kids. Her summer consists of many motorcycle rides with her husband and just enjoying the warm sun with family and friends. Amanda’s favorite time of the year is fall, her favorite holiday is Halloween, her favorite color is sky blue and she loves to watch horror movies!
Teacher: Miss Ashley
Ms. Ashley has worked in the education field since she was 16 years old. Teaching is her passion and it has always been her dream job! She believes to teach a child is to help them and make their dreams come true because you never know when in life they will use what you taught them. Her second joy is her daughter Reagan and when she is not at work, she likes to spend time with her and her husband being outdoors and just enjoying life!
Teacher: Miss Katrina
Ms. Katrina has been working in childcare for nearly 8 years and is both CPR and First Aid certified. Prior to entering the field of Early Childhood, she worked as a Licensed Nursing Assistant, where she discovered her true passion for caring for others. In 2019, she began pursuing her education in Early Childhood to become a Lead Teacher, and she looks forward to continuing her studies to further grow in this field. She is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences, especially through hands-on activities and crafts, which she loves incorporating in the classroom. She believes creativity plays an important role in a child’s development and self-expression. Outside of work, her and her husband Dylan have three beautiful children—Ellie, Macie, and Brody—as well as a Great Dane pup, Minnie. As both an educator and a mother, she truly understands the importance of providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to grow.
Teacher: Miss Patricia
Ms. Patricia has worked in the public school system for 7 years as a paraprofessional and is graduating in November with her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Becoming a preschool teacher has been her dream job, and she feels grateful to work with young children during such an important stage of their growth and development.
Ms. Patricia enjoys creating a warm, welcoming classroom where students feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. In her free time, she enjoys teaching baton twirling and spending time camping with her husband. She is excited to be part of the preschool team and looks forward to building strong relationships with her students and their families.
