Caitlyn started her Early Childhood career 9 years ago and has since then earned her degree in Early Childhood Education. Following a number of experiences in child-care centers, it became apparent to her that she wanted to run her own facility because it allowed her to express her unique, creative personality!
It is Caitlyn's goal to build a strong sense of community within her school, because family is a very important part of a child's upbringing, and she believes that parent involvement is crucial to a child's success.
Despite being a busy mom to six children, Caitlyn loves to keep busy as much as possible. She enjoys doing arts and crafts with her children and decorating the house with decorative pieces!
Gabi has been dedicated to the field of childcare since 2012, bringing a wealth of experience primarily with infants and young toddlers, though she has worked with children of all ages. She is certified in First Aid and CPR, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for her students. As a mother of two daughters, Maisy and Maeve, Gabi understands the joys and challenges of early childhood development from both a professional and personal perspective. In her free time, she loves to unwind by exploring her favorite stores, TJ Maxx and HomeGoods, where she finds inspiration for her home and style. Gabi also believes in the importance of self-care, often treating herself to mega teas at Hometown Roots and getting her lashes done. Her passion for nurturing children, combined with her commitment to self-care, makes her a positive and energetic presence in the classroom.
Brooke has been interested in childcare since she was 13 years old. Between babysitting and nannying, she invested a lot of her high school career in learning about the importance of special needs education and development of children. Brooke is continuing her education and is working towards becoming director certified! Brooke’s goal that she strives for daily is to keep the children around her happy, healthy and safe. Brooke is a mother of 2 beautiful children and enjoys the family life. The summer consists of swimming and cookouts with her family. Fall is Brooke's favorite season, even though Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas are her favorite holidays to enjoy with her family and friends. Her favorite color is dark green and she enjoys country music. She can’t wait to welcome your family to our village!
Miss Caitlyn is a dedicated educator and a loving mother of three children: Laila, Leo, and Lux. She is certified in First Aid and CPR, ensuring a safe environment for her students. In her free time, Miss Caitlyn enjoys cooking and baking, often sharing her delicious creations with her family and friends. Committed to her professional growth, she is actively continuing her education to deepen her understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies. Miss Caitlyn’s passion for learning and nurturing young minds makes her a valuable asset to our educational community.
Emma has been working with children since 2019 and is passionate about creating a loving and nurturing environment for your little one. She graduated from high school in 2023 and is currently working on her CDA (Child Development Associate) certification to become a lead teacher. She is also CPR and First Aid certified to ensure your child’s safety at all times.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and dogs and in the winter loves to snowboard! During the summer, she helps run a camp for underprivileged kids, where she gets to inspire creativity and rekindle curiosity!

Sarah is a passionate childcare professional who recently relocated to New Hampshire from Florida. At 22 years old, she brings over five years of experience in early childhood education, having worked in childcare since 2019. Currently working towards earning her CDA (Child Development Associate) credential, Sarah is dedicated to deepening her knowledge and skills to provide the best care and education for young children.
With a love for teaching, Sarah is especially excited to support and watch children grow into their unique selves. She is thrilled to begin her journey as an Infant Teacher at The Village and is eager to contribute to the nurturing, educational environment that helps children thrive.
Miss Abbey is a dedicated mom of two with a diverse and dynamic background. She is a former EMT and Army veteran, serving for 10 years, gaining valuable experience in high-pressure environments. Outside of her professional life, Abbey cherishes spending quality time with her children and their dog, Lexi. Whether it's exploring the outdoors on a hike or enjoying cozy family moments, Abbey finds balance in the simple joys of life. She is also CPR, AED & First Aid certified!
Amanda has been interested in childcare since she was about 10 years old. Between raising her sister, her niece and nephews and babysitting, she always thought about becoming a teacher. Amanda’s goal is to keep all the children in her care happy, health and safe. Amanda is not a mom (yet!) but she is an aunt to many beautiful kids. Her summer consists of many motorcycle rides with her husband and just enjoying the warm sun with family and friends. Amanda’s favorite time of the year is fall, her favorite holiday is Halloween, her favorite color is sky blue and she loves to watch horror movies!
Erin is a rising junior at the University of Tampa majoring in Elementary Education with endorsements in ESOL and Reading. She is originally from Windham, New Hampshire, and has four years of experience working with children in various roles, including a daycare teacher and a paraprofessional for the Windham School District. She also worked in an afterschool program that focused on social-emotional learning and trauma-informed practices. She has served as a public speaker for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), where she learned the importance of advocacy—especially for children. She is passionate about supporting students with intellectual and behavioral disabilities and hopes to work in special education. Outside of work, she loves skiing, boating, being outdoors, and spending time with her family in York, Maine.
